Additional hours billed at a rate of 195.00/hr
Private attorney consultation, typically after an evaluation is complete or when requested. Appropriate releases of information are required where applicable.
Court-ordered domestic violence counseling on an individual basis
For time spent writing formal letters, reports or updates for the court billed on an hourly basis (after a $300.00 retainer)
Rates are in line with other providers in our area and can be negotiated based on individual needs and will be finalized in engagement contract.
